Production started by evaporating the water concentrate of the arenga sap (nira). After the required brix level is reached, the concentrated sap are processed by crystallisator to make the final product. The special way of evaporating the sap makes it retains almost all of its natural substances, in contrast to refined sugar (granulated sugar) where all the nutrients are lost during boiling.
Quality control are done on all level: the sap, the equipment and the final product. The most important things is making sure the sap (nira) meet the quality standard when arrived at manufacture site. All our equipment use 304 stainless steel metal to make sure the minimum contaminant involved on our production lines.
